Crew Care Program
Hello City View Families and Community!
We are excited to announce our new Before and After School Program is open for enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year!
The Crew Care Program is open to all Kindergarten through 4th-grade students. Enrollment for the program is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited spaces are available, and those interested must fill out our Pre-Enrollment form linked here. Once that form is filled out, you will receive a follow-up email with the steps to confirm your child’s space.
The follow-up email will contain a link to pay our registration fee of $65 per child or $95 per family. It will also include our enrollment form that provides our team with all parent information, emergency contact information, important medical information, and acceptance of our Crew Care Program policies. Your child’s spot is considered confirmed once all these steps are completed.
